The 46 hectare farm has natural spring water, multiple single block vinyards as well as olive trees - olives can be purchased at a cost of R25 per bottle.
The olive tree is well adapted to the region in which it grows, suited to hot,
dry and sometimes windy conditions. The trees grow 15 – 30 feet becoming twisted
and hollow over time.
