The Philosophy is a simple one, “Elegance in wine”.  Stylistically, we’re looking for full, ripe wines ensuring that the wine delivers rich ripe fruit and concentration. We’ve decided that coupled with elegance, it’s important to look at making use of older wood and larger barrels. Therefore, we’ve switched a lot of our production from 225L to 300L and 500L barrels. The Infinity Vodka is a sipping vodka & the next vodka variant should be ready by June/July in 2020 . Our Gins & Vodkas are triple distilled to ensure purity & cut with our spring & mountain water .The Grappa is produced from Sangiovese grapes & is a product hugely appreciated . Craft Beer has been a favorite at the cellar . The craft beer ranges from Weiss IPA & Pilsner.

Right at the entrance of the estate you will find our drop-in-deli which is frequented by locals Mountain bikers & passers-by . You will find homemade & local produce & our aim is always to provide an organic solution . Enjoy great coffee sandwiches Houwhoek Pies freshly baked breads & jams .
